The staff photos can be independently adapted to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various formats and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be set up.

Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also determined, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in different formats at the same time.

How do the staff get their picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory get the new pictures, there are three different ways for the staff to choose to get their picture digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the workforce can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the workforce can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photobox.
