The workforce in your company is given the option to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the chance to identify themselves completely at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees are allowed to stand in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The data recorded in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.

How does the photographed person get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new images, there are three different ways for the workforce to choose to receive their image as a file.

The photo box provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can copy down their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.
