The mission goal
The staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the option to always identify themselves to 100% with their personal employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically cut to the right format, removed from annoying elements in the background and saved in many sizes and aspect ratios if desired.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as e.g. B. Personnel ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data is read directly from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.
Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved image and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the image. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
The image output can take place in parallel in several dimensions.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the help of the logo and/or the employee's name and position can be directly visible on the image.

How does the photographed person get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new photos, there are three different ways for the workforce to choose from to get their picture as a file.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's inbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the workforce can download their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the staff can use to download the original recording and the various versions for the different target systems.

Of course, there is also the opportunity to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is retained.
