The mission goal

The employees in your company have the option of photographing and/or updating the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional personnel on site.
This gives your workforce the option of fully identifying themselves around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos can be independently cut to the best format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in certain dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the display, just like with the passport photo machine.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data is read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is determined, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the photo taken and the internal employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an option.
The image output can happen in parallel in different sizes.
So you always have the ideal photo for

etc. ready.

Logically, each file can also be "branded" with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee will be included in the image.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory is not the only one to benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for employees to get their photos digitally.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN, which the company employees must dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which employees can load their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.

Additional uses

In order to make the most of your purchase, you have the following options:

The cost frame

The investment for the purchase of a photobooth perfected in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the chance to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is retained.
