The use of a photo box for employee photos
The field staff in your company get the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the right format, removed from annoying elements in the background and saved in many sizes and aspect ratios if desired.
One possible solution
You position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box like at a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be set up with a confirmation option for internal/external use of the photo.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the stored image and the internal employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in several sizes at the same time.

How does the staff get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new pictures, there are three different ways for the sales representative to get his picture as a file.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to copy his original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

Of course, there is also the option to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
