The use of a photo box for employee photos

The field staff in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not required on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to always identify themselves to 100% with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be independently cut to the best possible format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several formats and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured so that the data is simply read in from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and format defined by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record via the name of the file. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the connection.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can be done synchronously in many sizes.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not get hold of the new photos, there are three different ways for the sales representative to get his photo as a file.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code will appear on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then sent to the employee's email address.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to download his original photo and the different versions for the different target systems.

Other possible uses

To get the most out of your purchase, you have the following options:
