The use of a photo box for employee photos

The sales representatives in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to identify themselves around the clock to 100% with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

The solution

You place a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is around 1.5mx 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way will later become an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds that you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.

The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison is made between the saved photo and the in-house employee data record via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place in parallel in many sizes.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the sales representative can use to download his or her original recording and the various versions for the different target systems.
