One possible solution
You can place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo booth, similar to the photo booth, and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

How does the employee get his photo?
To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory alone does not get hold of the new photos, there are three different ways for the sales representative to receive his photo as a file.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery where the sales representative can copy his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's e-mail inbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the field worker can use to download his original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.
