The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra employees on site.
This gives your workforce the opportunity to fully identify themselves at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several sizes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up so that the data can be read in directly from the employee ID card. The data recorded in this way are then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or many of the backrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in parallel in different sizes.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

The photo box provides a private WLAN into which the sales representative must dial.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can download his pictures. At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to load his or her original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.
