The mission goal
The field staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the personal employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the option to always identify themselves 100% with their personal employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically adjusted to the best format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in certain dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo booth and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen, as with the passport photo machine.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data, such as B. Personnel number, first name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data is read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then subsequently part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be presented with a sharing option for internal/external use of the recording.
After photographing the employee picture, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head of each photo is also analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved photo and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can happen synchronously in different sizes.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the company logo and/or the name and position of the employee will be included in the image.

How does the employee get his picture?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new images, the sales representative has three different ways of receiving his photo as a file.
- Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to download his original photo and the different versions for the various target systems. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobox provides a private WLAN which the sales representative must dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Of course, there is also the option to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
