The field staff in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at a rotating location (e.g. in the dining room or company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that extra staff are not required on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves completely around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically adjusted to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and saved in many sizes and aspect ratios if desired.

One possible solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box in a similar way to a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. Employee ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.

After the employee portrait has been photographed, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a defined position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the picture is used to compare the photographed picture and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image can be output in parallel in various sizes.

How does the photographed person get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets hold of the new photos, there are three different ways for the sales representative to choose from to get his picture digitally as well.

1. Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to download his original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
