The mission goal

The field staff in your company are given the opportunity to photograph and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at periodically alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your teams the opportunity to identify themselves completely around the clock with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios if desired.

One possible solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, as with the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.

The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary data such as e.g. B. Employee ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be set up.

After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.

The image is saved in a size and format specified by you (eg square for the Active Directory). A comparison is made between the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in parallel in various forms.
So you always have the perfect photo for

etc. at hand.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the company logo and/or the employee's name and position can be included in the image.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the sales representative to choose from to also receive his photo digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the field worker can use to load his original recording and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is then immediately sent to the employee's e-mail inbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides its own WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code will appear on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

Additional deployment options

To make the most of your investment, you have the following options:

The cost frame

The price for purchasing a photobooth perfected in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
Of course, there is also the opportunity to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the system is adopted immediately.
