The use of a photo box for employee photos

One possible solution

You place a photo booth optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo booth in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

How does the employee get the picture?

   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's email address.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to download the original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the field service employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth.
