The use of a photo box for employee photos

The field staff in your company have the option of creating and/or updating their own employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically adjusted to the optimal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box like in a passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data, e.g. B. Employee identifier, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data is read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal/external use of the recording.

After photographing the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the file is used to compare the portrait taken with the internal employee data set. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can be in different forms at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the company's logo and/or the employee's name and position can be included on the image.

How does the staff get their photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new photos, there are three different ways for the sales representative to choose from to get his photo digitally as well.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the sales representative must dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery where the sales representative can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to load his original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

Additional uses

In order to take full advantage of the purchase, you have the following options:

Of course there is also the possibility to test the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is purchased immediately.
