The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is done in the form of a self-service process and that extra employees are not needed on the spot.
You give your staff the option to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently optimized to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several shapes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The employee data recorded in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a defined position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed photo and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department define the import interface.
As an extra option, a biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place in different sizes at the same time.

How does the employee get the picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, the sales representative can choose between three different ways of receiving his picture as a file.

Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to download the original recording and the various formats for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can copy his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
