The use of a photo box for employee photos

The field staff in your company have the option of photographing and/or updating the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at locations that change on a regular basis (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to always identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.

The personal photos can be automatically optimized to the ideal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various shapes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the recording can also be displayed.

After photographing the employee picture, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a specified position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place in several dimensions at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” using the company logo and/or the name and position of the employee will appear directly on the image.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new images, there are three different ways for field staff to receive their image digitally.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code will appear on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to download the original recording and the different versions for the different target systems.

Alternative deployment options

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept immediately.
