You give your employees the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos are automatically cut to the best possible format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.

A suggested solution

You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Employee ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The employee data collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the image can also be set up.

After the photo of the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the background settings you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The photo is saved in a size and format determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the photographed portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the import interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can take place simultaneously in different formats.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new recordings, the field staff can choose between three different ways to get their photo digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to download his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems.
2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the field service employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
