The use of a photo box for employee photos

One possible solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.

2. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to download his or her original photo and the various formats for the different target systems.
