It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their individual employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read out directly from the employee ID. The information collected in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.

After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or many of the background settings you specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.

The image is saved in a size and format you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed image and the in-house employee data set. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the import interface.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in several forms at the same time.

How does the employee get his picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new recordings, the sales representative can choose between three different ways to receive his photo as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to download his or her original photo and the different sizes for the different target systems.
2. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the sales representative must dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery where the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:
