What should be achieved?

The field staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update their own employee photo at a fixed or rotating location (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional employees on site.
You give your teams the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.

The personal photos can be automatically optimized to the best possible format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.

One possible solution

You place a photo booth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the cafeteria, at the ID office or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit in front of the photo box in a similar way to the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a release option for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.

After photographing the employee picture, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the saved image and the in-house employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can happen in various forms at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” using company logos and/or the name and position of the employee can be included in the image.

How does the employee get the photo?

So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the sales representative to choose from to receive his photo as a file.

1. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the sales representative must dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the sales representative can copy his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to download the original recording and the various versions for the various target systems.

In order to make the most of your purchase, you have the following options:

• Use at trade fairs to issue personalized “flyers”

The need for investment

The price for purchasing a photobooth optimized in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is already worthwhile for companies with around 100 employees or more.
It goes without saying that there is also the option of trying out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the system is taken over directly.
