The mission goal
The field staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your teams the option to fully identify themselves at any time with their individual employee photo.
The personal photos can be independently optimized to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios if desired.
One possible solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box in a similar way to the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. Employee ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data collected in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal/external use of the photo can also be set up.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or different backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is located, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for Active Directory). The name of the file is used to compare the photograph taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can happen simultaneously in many sizes.
So you always have the best photo for

etc. lying ready.
Of course, each file can also be “branded” using the logo and/or the employee's name and position will be immediately visible on the image.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory gets the benefit of the new photos, there are three different ways for the sales representative to get his photo as a file.
- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides its own WLAN, which the sales representative must dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery where the sales representative can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to copy down his or her original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's e-mail address.
Other possible uses

The cost frame

Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is taken over immediately.
