What should be achieved?
The field staff in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at a periodically changing location (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).

You give your employees the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their own employee photo.
The personal photos are automatically optimized to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios if desired.
Our proposed solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the personnel department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo booth, similar to the photo booth, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be set up with a sharing option for internal/external use of the photo.
After photographing the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or several backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned in a defined position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (eg square for Active Directory). The file name is used to compare the photograph taken with the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place synchronously in many dimensions.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the company logo and/or the name and position of the employee can be included in the image.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN that the field worker has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.

At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to download his original photo and the various sizes for the various target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is kept directly.
