What should be achieved?
The field staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.
The personnel photos are automatically adapted to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The information collected in this way will later become part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

Following the recording of the employee picture, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head of every photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The photo is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the picture is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in defining the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are also available.
The image output can take place synchronously in various forms.

Logically, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee will be immediately visible on the picture.

- Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can copy his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to download his or her original recording as well as the different versions for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.
