What should be achieved?
The workforce in your company is given the opportunity to create and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at a regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need additional personnel on site.
You give your employees the option to always identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the best possible format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in several formats and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You can position a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way will later become an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.
Following the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the photo can automatically be exchanged for one or more of the background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also found, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in several dimensions at the same time.
So you always have the right photo for
the CRM system, Instagram, Facebook, Outlook, LinkedIn, Twitter
etc. are available.
Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with logos and / or the name and position of the employee are directly visible on the picture.

How does the photographed person get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new photos, there are three different ways for the workforce to choose to receive their photo as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download their original recording and the various formats for the various target systems. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's email inbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photobox provides a private WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
Other uses
In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

Of course, there is also the option to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is retained.
