The use of a photo box for employee photos
The workforce in your company has the option of photographing and / or updating their own employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).

You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves completely around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in various sizes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID. The information collected in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.
After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be replaced with one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.
The recording is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed image and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department define the interface.

How does the employee get their photo?

At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
