You give your employees the opportunity to fully identify themselves around the clock with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently adapted to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with a passport photo machine and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording can also be displayed.
After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the picture can be automatically replaced with one or many of the background settings you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can happen synchronously in several sizes.

How do the staff get their picture?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not come into possession of the new photos, there are three different ways for the workforce to choose to get their picture as a file.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides a private WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can save their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the screen, which the staff can use to download the original recording and the various sizes for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
