The staff in your company get the opportunity to create and/or update their personal employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this is achieved in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adjusted to the best possible format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the cafeteria, at the ID office or at reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen, just like with a passport photo machine.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as e.g. B. ID, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobooth can also be configured in such a way that the data is simply read in from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way will later become an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a privacy screen can also be displayed with a sharing option for internal/external use of the recording.
After the photograph of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. The head is also located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format you specify (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the recorded image and the internal employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo is available as an optional extension.
The image output can happen in several sizes at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with a company logo and/or the name and position of the employee can appear directly on the image.

How does the photographed person get their photo?
To ensure that the CRM system or Active Directory are not the only ones to get hold of the new photos, there are three different ways for the workforce to choose from to also receive their photo digitally.

In this case, the photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's e-mail inbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photobooth provides its own WLAN, which the staff must dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can save their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to load their original photo and the various sizes for the different target systems.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is purchased immediately.
