What should be achieved?
The workforce in your company has the opportunity to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra personnel on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves completely around the clock with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically cut to the ideal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many formats and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees will sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Employee ID, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be programmed so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the photograph of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or more background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved photo and the in-house employee data set. We would be happy to support your IT department in clarifying the connection.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place at the same time to some extent.

The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.

At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to copy down their original recording and the different versions for the various target systems.

The need for investment

Of course, there is also the option to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is retained.
