The use of a photo box for employee photos
The workforce in your company has the opportunity to take their own employee photo and / or bring it up to date at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional staff are not needed on site.
You give your teams the chance to always fully identify themselves with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically adapted to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, employees can sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel number, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the employee ID. The information collected in this way then becomes a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.

At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can load their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photobox.
