What should be achieved?

The workforce in your company has the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your workforce the chance to always identify 100% with your personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.

The solution

You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, comparable to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be set up with a checkbox for internal / external use of the recording.

After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or various background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified position.

The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the image is used to compare the saved image and the in-house employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in determining the connection.

A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different sizes at the same time.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with logos and / or the name and position of the employee will appear on the picture.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can enjoy the new images, there are three different ways for the workforce to choose to receive their image digitally.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to load their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's inbox.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can save their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The cost frame

Of course there is also the opportunity to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be offset against the subsequent purchase if the photo box is bought directly.
