One possible solution

You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the cafeteria, at the ID office or at the reception in a quiet corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, analogous to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel number, first name, family name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be set up in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The data collected in this way is then subsequently part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

1. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photo Box provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can save their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path is only possible in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
2. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
3. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the workforce can use to download their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
