What should be achieved?
The staff in your company have the opportunity to photograph and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at alternating locations (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or human resources department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves to 100% around the clock with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photobox set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo booth and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen, as with the passport photo machine.
The screen serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personnel identifier, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then subsequently part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.
After the employee photo has been taken, the background of the photo can be automatically replaced with one or several backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head of each photo is determined, scaled to a specified size and placed in a specified position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and format you define (eg square for Active Directory). A comparison between the stored image and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the file. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra expansion stage.
The image output can take place in different formats at the same time.
So you always have the best photo for

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” with the company logo and/or the employee's name and position can be included in the image.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new images, there are three different ways for the staff to receive their image as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to copy their original photo and the different versions for the various target systems. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the photo taken is sent directly to the employee's e-mail inbox. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The Photo Box provides its own WLAN that the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. That QR code leads to the offline gallery where the staff can save their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
Additional deployment options
In order to get the most out of your purchase, you have the following options:

Of course, there is also the chance to try out the system beforehand on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
