The solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the staff get their photo?

The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can upload their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to copy down their original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
