The staff photos are automatically adapted to the ideal format, removed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in many dimensions and aspect ratios.

The solution

You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the monitor.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary data such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can automatically be exchanged for one or more of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.

The photo is saved in a size and format determined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the connection.

How does the staff get their photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not get the new images, there are three different ways for the workforce to get their image as a file.

1. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photobooth provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can upload their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to copy down their original photo and the different sizes for the various target systems.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is sent directly to the employee's mailbox.
