The use of a photo box for employee photos
The workforce in your company has the option to create and / or update their own employee photo at a fixed or regularly alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).

The staff photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in different sizes and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can stand in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.

How do the staff get their picture?

The photo box provides its own WLAN that the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the staff can copy down their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
