The mission goal

You give your staff the chance to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically optimized to the appropriate format, freed from disruptive elements in the background and, if desired, saved in various dimensions and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the entrance in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo booth, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The screen serves as a touchscreen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. ID, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can easily be read from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way are then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal / external use of the employee profile can also be displayed.
Following the photograph of the employee picture, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or many of the backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The recording is saved in a size and format specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved portrait and the internal employee data set. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an optional expansion stage.
The image output can happen synchronously in many dimensions.

How does the employee get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the Active Directory comes into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for the staff to receive their picture as a file.

The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the staff can save their pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the Photo Box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the different formats for the various target systems.
