The use of a photo box for employee photos
The workforce in your company has the option of photographing and / or updating the personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to fully identify themselves at any time with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be machine-cut to the best possible format, freed from annoying elements in the background and, if desired, saved in several dimensions and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID card office or at the entrance in a quiet corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees will stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed so that the data can simply be read from the employee ID. The data collected in this way are then subsequently an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the image.
After the photo of the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or different background settings you have specified. The head is also determined for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved photo and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the picture. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as options.
The image output can take place in parallel in some formats.

Of course, each file can also be “personalized” by means of a company logo and / or the name and position of the employee are immediately visible on the picture.

How does the employee get the photo?

- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the staff can download their recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various formats for the different target systems.
Other deployment options

Of course, there is also the opportunity to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is taken over immediately.
