The use of a photo box for employee photos

The employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or periodically alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this is the case in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the opportunity to identify themselves to 100% at any time with their individual employee photo.

The personnel photos are automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from disruptive elements in the background and optionally saved in many sizes and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photo box optimized for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, employees can stand in front of the photo box in the same way as with the passport photo machine and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.

The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. Personal identification, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can be read out immediately from the employee ID card. The employee data collected in this way are then part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen with a checkbox for internal / external use of the photo can also be displayed.

After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the photo can automatically be replaced with one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.

The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the saved image and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can happen simultaneously in several dimensions.

How does the photographed person get his picture?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone do not benefit from the new images, the workforce has three different options to receive their image digitally.

1. Enter the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The photo taken is sent immediately to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the staff can use to download their original photo and the various formats for the different target systems.
3. Download via QR code from an offline gallery
   The Photobox provides its own WLAN that the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can copy their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the photo box is bought directly.
