The mission goal

The workforce in your company is given the opportunity to take photos and / or bring them up to date at a fixed or alternating location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional staff are not needed on site.
You give your employees the opportunity to always fully identify themselves with their personal employee photo.

The staff photos can be automatically adapted to the appropriate format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in certain dimensions and aspect ratios.

Our proposed solution

You position a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees are allowed to stand in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the required actions on the screen.

The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required information such as B. ID, first name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed so that the data can be read out immediately from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the recording.

After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or more background settings you have specified. In the same way, the head of each photo is determined, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a specified location.

The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio determined by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the saved portrait and the in-house employee data record takes place via the file name. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.

A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as options.
The image output can take place in several formats at the same time.
So you always have the best photo for
Instagram, LinkedIn, Outlook, Twitter, XING, the CRM system, WhatsApp & Co, Facebook
etc. lying ready.

Of course, each file can also be “branded” with the help of the company logo and / or the name and position of the employee can also be visible on the picture.

How does the photographed person get the photo?

So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for the workforce to get their photo as a file.

1. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed on the screen or printed out, which the staff can use to load their original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
2. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The photo box provides a private WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
   At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. The QR code leads to the offline gallery where the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
3. Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
   The captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address.

Other deployment options

In order to get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The need for investment

The investment for the acquisition of such a perfected photo box starts at approx. 4,400 € plus VAT and pays off for companies with approx. 100 employees.
Of course, there is also the chance to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the later purchase if the system is purchased directly.
