The staff photos are automatically cut to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photobooth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees will sit down in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the necessary actions on the touchscreen.
The monitor serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, name, surname and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be programmed in such a way that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID card. The information recorded in this way then becomes an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be set up with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the photo.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically replaced with one or various backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also analyzed, adjusted to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined point.
The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed image and the in-house employee data set. We would be happy to help your IT department clarify the import interface.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place synchronously to a certain extent.

How did the staff get the photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory come into possession of the new recordings, there are three different ways for the workforce to get their photo digitally.
- Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The Photobox provides its own WLAN which the workforce has to dial into.
At the end of the sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. The QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the staff can download their photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only takes place in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the staff can use to download their original recording and the various versions for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.

The need for investment

1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the photo box is taken over immediately.
