1. Archiving the video data
   Upon request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted archive system.

   For large events (from 500 people) a second identical module is available through our cooperation partners under the same conditions. Approximately 30 seconds elapse between the start of recording and the display of the produced clip. The length of time guests will need to prepare and the number of "takes" a guest will want can hardly be predicted. However, one can assume a sequence duration of approx. 2.5 minutes on average. The space required is approx. 4×4 m. A 230V power connection is required in the immediate vicinity.
8. The system operator
   Any system is only as good as the one that supports it. Our system operator is not only responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of addressing the guests and serves as a source of ideas when a bit of "imagination" is needed at the 360° Booth.
9. GDPR compliant download for users
   Our unique gallery system ensures that each visitor only has access to his or her video or videos. For this, each guest on the platform receives a card with a pre-printed random key. This code then fits exactly to this film.
