1. GDPR compliant video download for users
   Our unique download system ensures that each user only has access to his film or videos. For this, each guest on the platform receives a business card with a pre-printed random code. This code then matches this clip exactly.

   With up to 6 powerful RGB LED effect light bars on high-quality stainless steel stands, there is always enough light for the video recordings.

5. The system operator
   Any system is only as good as the one that supports it. Our system operator is responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of addressing the participants and serves as an inspirer when some "ingenuity" is needed on the platform.
6. Copy of all films for you as a customer
   As proof of our activity, you as a customer will receive all films in the original version as well as in the edited version directly after the event.

If you want the video to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the text for the e-mail and your desired signature. For this solution, a sufficiently fast WLAN must be made available on site.

   There are different ways to make the film. We would be happy to advise you on this.
9. Construction of a 360 ° video system
   For large events (from 500 people) another identical system is available through a partner at identical prices. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the beginning of the recording to the display of the produced clip. The amount of time that guests need to prepare and the amount of "takes" that a user wants is difficult to predict. However, you can expect a sequence duration of approx. 2.5 minutes on average. The area required is approx. 4×4 meters. Only a 230V power connection in the immediate vicinity is required.
10. Archiving the video data
    Upon request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted archive system.
