1. GDPR compliant video download for visitors
   Our unique gallery system ensures that each guest only has access to their video or videos. For this, each guest on the platform receives a card with a pre-printed random code. This code then fits exactly to this film.
2. Development of a 360 degree video system
   For large trade fairs (500 or more participants), another identical module is available from a partner at identical prices. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the generated clip. The time participants will need to prepare and the number of “shots” a user will want is difficult to predict. On average, however, you can assume a throughput speed of approx. 2-3 minutes. The area required is approx. 4×4 m. A 230V power connection is required in the immediate vicinity.

11. Archiving the video data
    Upon request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted archive system.
12. Copy of all films for you as the client
    As proof of our campaign, you as the client will receive all films in the original version as well as in the edited version immediately after the event.
13. Arrival and departure in Germany
    Nothing more than the kilometers traveled are calculated.
