For larger celebrations (from 500 participants) another identical system is available through our cooperation partner under identical conditions. It typically takes about 30 seconds from the start of recording to the display of the produced clip. The length of time participants will need to prepare and the number of “tries” a guest will want is difficult to predict. However, you can expect an average throughput time of approx. 2-3 minutes. The space required is approx. 4×4 m. Only a 230V power connection is required in the immediate vicinity. - GDPR compliant download for guests
Our unique gallery system ensures that each visitor only has access to his or her video or videos. For this, each person on the platform gets a business card with a pre-printed random key. This code then fits exactly to this video. - Archiving the video data
On request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted offline archive system. - 49 inch LCD monitor
As a direct on-site attraction, the films are displayed in the finished form on a large 49″ 4k LCD screen a few seconds after shooting. - The system operator
Any event module is only as good as the person who oversees it. Our system operator is not only responsible for the technical process. As our client, you can select up to 12 effects for the clip from 192 options. - Integrated people guidance system
The noble stainless steel columns also serve as a guidance system for guests (also with LED light band). This ensures safe operation of the 360° Booth even when there is no ambient light. - Copy of all films for you as the client
As proof of our activity, you as the client will receive all movies in their original version as well as in the edited version directly after the fair.
In addition to the GDPR-compliant gallery, it is also possible to send e-mails on site using the operator's tablet. If you would like the video to be sent by e-mail, please let us know your subject, the content of the e-mail and your desired signature. For this solution, a sufficiently fast WLAN must be made available on site.
