1. GDPR compliant video download for visitors
   Our unique download system ensures that each guest only has access to their film or videos. For this, each person on the platform gets a card with a pre-printed random download key. This code then belongs exactly to this film.
2. The system operator
   Every 360° booth is only as good as the person who takes care of it. Our system operator is not only responsible for the technical process. He also takes care of the motivation of the participants and serves as a source of ideas when some "imagination" is needed at the video booth.

4. Provision of a 360 degree video system
   For large celebrations (from 500 people) a second identical module is available through our cooperation partner at the same conditions. It usually takes about 30 seconds from the start of the recording to the display of the generated clip. The phase that participants need to prepare and the number of "shots" that a guest wants can hardly be predicted. On average, however, you can assume a throughput speed of approx. 2-3 minutes. The space required is approx. 4×4 m. A 230V power connection is required within easy reach.

6. Copy of all clips for you as a customer
   As proof of our activity, you as a customer will receive all clips in the original version as well as in the edited version directly after the event.
7. Integrated people guidance system
   The elegant stainless steel columns also serve as a guidance system for guests (also with LED light band). This guarantees safe operation of the 360° Booth even when there is no ambient light.
8. Archiving the video data
   Upon request, we can archive the data for up to 12 months in an encrypted archive system.
9. 49 ″ LCD screen
   As a direct attraction on site, the results are displayed a few seconds after recording in the finished form on a large 49 inch 4k LCD flat screen TV.

    In addition to the GDPR-compliant gallery, it is also possible to send an e-mail on site using the supervisor's tablet. If you would like the videos to be sent by email, please let us know your subject, the body text for the email and your intended signature. For this option, a sufficiently fast WLAN must be made available on site.
