A suggested solution

You place a photo booth set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the human resources department, at the ID office or at reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box and read the instructions for the necessary steps on the screen, similar to the photo booth.

The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personnel identifier, first name, last name and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data is read in immediately from the company ID card. The information collected in this way then becomes part of the file name of the employee photo taken.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

   The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox.
2. Download from an online gallery
   At the end of the recording, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the employee can use to download his original photo and the various formats for the various target systems.
3. Download from an offline gallery via QR code
   The Photo Box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
   At the end of the recording, a QR code will appear on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the employee can download his pictures. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
