What should be achieved?
The employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that you do not need extra staff on site.
You give your employees the chance to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be machine-cut to the optimal format, freed from disturbing elements in the background and, if desired, saved in different shapes and aspect ratios.
Our proposed solution
You can position a photo box that is perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary steps on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen at the same time as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Employee ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be configured in such a way that the data can simply be read from the company ID card. The data recorded in this way are then later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the recording.
After the employee picture has been taken, the background of the picture can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, scaled to a specified size and positioned on the final image at a defined position.
The image is saved in a size and format that you specify (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photographed photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the import interface.
As an extra option, a biometric check and a cut on a biometric ID photo are available.
The image output can take place in several sizes at the same time.

How does the photographed person get their photo?
So that not only the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory can benefit from the new recordings, there are three different ways for employees to get their photo as a file.

The photo taken is sent directly to the employee's mailbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides a private WLAN that the employee has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery where the employee can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only goes in the immediate vicinity of the photo booth. - Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the screen, which the employee can use to copy down his or her original photo and the different versions for the various target systems.

Of course, there is also the opportunity to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is taken over immediately.
