What should be achieved?
The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or periodically changing location (e.g. in the dining room or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the chance to identify themselves 100% with their individual employee photo.
The staff photos can be automatically cut to the appropriate format, removed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several formats and aspect ratios.
The solution
You position a photo box perfect for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There the employees can sit down in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the display.
The monitor serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the necessary information such as B. Personal identification, first name, last name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo booth can also be set up so that the data can be read in immediately from the employee ID card. The information collected in this way is then an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can be set up with a release option for internal / external use of the employee report.
Following the recording of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can automatically be exchanged for one or more background settings you specified. The head is also determined for each photo, scaled to a specified size and placed at a specified position on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The name of the file is used to compare the saved photo and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department specify the connection.
A biometric check and a cut to a biometric ID photo are available as optional add-ons.
The image output can take place in parallel in various sizes.

How does the staff get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new photos, the sales representative can choose between three different ways to get his picture as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to download the original photo as well as the various sizes for the various target systems. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photo box provides its own WLAN which the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery in which the sales representative can load his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
In this case, the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email inbox.
Other deployment options
To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The cost frame
