What should be achieved?
The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to create and / or update their personal employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is important that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on site.
You give your staff the option to always identify themselves to 100% with their personal employee photo.
The staff photos can be independently cut to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in some formats and aspect ratios.
A suggested solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the Katine, at the ID card or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to the passport photo machine, and see the instructions for the necessary actions on the screen.
The screen serves as a touch screen in parallel as an input terminal for the required data such as B. Personal identification, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the Photo Box can also be set up so that the data can simply be read in from the employee ID. The information recorded in this way is then later an element of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a release option for internal / external use of the image.
After the photo of the employee has been photographed, the background of the photo can be automatically exchanged for one or more backgrounds you have specified. The head of each photo is also located, scaled to a specified size and placed in a defined position on the final image.
The image is saved in a size and aspect ratio defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the recorded portrait and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to help your IT department determine the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as an additional expansion stage.
The image output can happen simultaneously in several sizes.

How does the photographed person get the picture?

At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed out on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to load his or her original photo and the various versions for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
The photo taken is immediately sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobox provides a private WLAN which the sales representative must dial into.
At the end of the photo sequence, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to an offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his photos. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the immediate vicinity of the Photo Box.
