The mission goal
The field service employees in your company have the opportunity to photograph and / or update the individual employee photo at a fixed or regularly changing location (e.g. in the casino or the company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional employees are not needed on site.
You give your employees the option to always fully identify themselves with their own employee photo.
The staff photos are automatically optimized to the optimal format, freed from annoying elements in the background and optionally saved in several sizes and aspect ratios.
One possible solution
You position a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space required is approx. 1.5 mx 1 m.
There, the employees can sit down in front of the photo booth, similar to a passport photo machine, and read the operating instructions for the required actions on the monitor.
The screen serves as a touchscreen at the same time as an input terminal for the required data such as B. ID, name, family name and / or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photobox can also be programmed in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information collected in this way is then a component of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a data protection screen can also be displayed with a confirmation option for internal / external use of the employee profile.
After the photo of the employee portrait, the background of the recording can be automatically exchanged for one or more of the background settings you have specified. The head is also analyzed for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and placed on the final image at a specified location.
The recording is saved in a size and aspect ratio specified by you (eg square for the ActiveDirectory). The file name is used to compare the photo taken and the internal employee data record. We would be happy to support your IT department in specifying the interface.
A biometric check and an adaptation to a biometric ID photo are available as additional extensions.
The image output can take place in various dimensions at the same time.

How does the photographed person get their photo?
So that the CRM system or the ActiveDirectory alone does not benefit from the new recordings, the sales representative can choose between three different ways to get his photo as a file.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the recording, a code is displayed or printed on the touchscreen, which the sales representative can use to download the original recording and the different sizes for the various target systems. - Enter the e-mail address at the end of the photo sequence.
Then the captured photo is immediately sent to the employee's email address. - Download from an offline gallery via QR code
The photo box provides a private WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the screen. That QR code leads to an offline gallery in which the sales representative can copy down his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this path only works in the direct vicinity of the photo box.

1/2 of the rent will be offset against the later purchase if the photo box is bought immediately.
