The mission goal
The field staff in your company have the opportunity to create and/or update the individual employee photo at a fixed location or at regularly changing locations (e.g. in the casino or company canteen or HR department).
It is essential that this takes place in the form of a self-service process and that additional personnel are not needed on the spot.
You give your employees the option to identify themselves at any time to 100% with their own employee photo.
The personal photos can be independently optimized to the optimal format, removed from disturbing elements in the background and optionally saved in different formats and aspect ratios.
The solution
You place a photo box set up for employee photos in your company (e.g. in the HR department, at the ID office or at the reception in a relaxed corner.
The space requirement is approx. 1.5m x 1m.
There, the employees can sit in front of the photo box, similar to a passport photo machine, and see the operating instructions for the necessary steps on the screen.
The monitor is used as a touchscreen and as an input terminal for the necessary information, e.g. B. ID, name, surname and/or date of birth.
Alternatively, the photo box can also be configured in such a way that the data can be read directly from the company ID card. The information recorded in this way is later part of the file name of the employee photo taken.
Optionally, a disclaimer screen with a release option for internal/external use of the recording can also be set up.
After the employee portrait has been taken, the background of the image can be automatically exchanged for one or different backgrounds specified by you. Likewise, the head is located for each photo, adjusted to a specified size and positioned at a specified location on the final image.
The photo is saved in a size and format defined by you (e.g. square for the ActiveDirectory). A comparison between the photographed image and the in-house employee data record takes place via the name of the image. We would be happy to help your IT department define the connection.
A biometric check and a cut for a biometric ID photo are available as an extra extension.
The image output can take place in parallel in several dimensions.

Of course, each file can also be "branded" with company logos and/or the name and position of the employee will be immediately included in the image.

How does the employee get their photo?
So that it is not just the CRM system or the Active Directory that gets the benefit of the new photos, there are three different ways for the sales representative to choose from to get his photo digitally as well.
- Download from an online gallery
At the end of the photo sequence, a code is displayed on the touchscreen or printed out, which the sales representative can use to download his original photo and the various formats for the different target systems. - Entry of the email address at the end of the photo sequence.
The captured photo is then sent to the employee's mailbox. - Download via QR code from an offline gallery
The photobooth provides a private WLAN that the sales representative has to dial into.
At the end of the recording, a QR code is displayed on the touchscreen. This QR code leads to the offline gallery from which the sales representative can download his recordings. In contrast to the online gallery, this way only works in the immediate vicinity of the photo box.
Alternative uses
To get the most out of your investment, you have the following options:

The cost frame
The price for purchasing a photobooth perfected in this way starts at around €4,400 plus VAT and is therefore worthwhile for organizations with around 100 or more employees.
Of course there is also the possibility to test the system in advance on a rental basis for € 650 + € 1 / employee photo plus VAT per week.
1/2 of the rent will be credited to the subsequent purchase if the system is adopted immediately.
